Customer Magic Links

Every customer site page (/s/<token>) can be rotated. Hub emails embed fresh links at send time, so rotation is safe for anyone working from their inbox — but bookmarked links stop working until re-shared. Monthly rotation is off by default.

Registrar Highlighting

Domains whose registrar matches any of these names are marked ★ across the app and can be filtered on the Dashboard and Domains pages. Comma-separated, partial names are fine — e.g. amazon registrar, tucows (the registrars that most likely mean the domain is hosted by us).

Brands

Customer-facing identity for magic-link pages and the links the hub embeds. Give a brand its own base URL (pointed at this app) to serve customers from a hostname that doesn't mention Dental IT — e.g. a Tenacity domain for Tenacity customers.
Logos: Upload stores the file with the app (best: PNG or SVG with a transparent background, roughly 400×100 px, under 1 MB — JPG/WebP/GIF also accepted). It displays ~40 px tall on a white backing chip, so your normal dark/colour logo artwork is ideal — no white variant needed. Files are checked by content, not filename.
